Pattern Purchases and Downloads
When you purchase patterns from styledstitch:
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern
- You may use patterns to create items for personal use or small-scale commercial use
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share pattern files
- You may not claim the pattern design as your own work
- All sales are final - patterns are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase
User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
User Content
When you create and share projects or portfolios:
- You retain all rights to your content
- You grant us permission to display your content on the platform
- You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
Intellectual Property
All content on styledstitch, including patterns, tutorials, images, and text, is protected by copyright and owned by styledstitch or its content creators. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes beyond the pattern license terms
- Remove copyright notices or attribution
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service

- Scrape or automatically collect data from the service
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Patterns are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. If you experience technical issues with a download, please contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability
styledstitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or purchased patterns. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with pattern accuracy, project outcomes, or technical difficulties.
